Asparagus Potato Soup

HALLOWEEN MEMORY

The first big holiday of the fall, Halloween, ushers in the crisp
autumn air and the need for slow-cooker meals to fill the air with
the smells of home.  Drop all the ingredients in your slow-cooker to
make for a hearty soup, and leave time during the day for all that
quilting and sewing!

Jen Eskridge of ReannaLily Designs created this original recipe for Asparagus Potato Soup.

INGREDIENTS

1 can Cream of Chicken and Mushroom Soup
1 can Cheddar Cheese Soup
14.5 oz can of cut asparagus with tips (with juice)
6.5 oz sliced mushrooms (with juice)
14.5 oz milk (measured in the asparagus can)
4 small baker potatoes, cubed
½ tsp pepper
1 tsp dried oregano
½ cup water
2 chicken bullions

INSTRUCTIONS

Certainly you can make this on the stove, but I threw mine in the crock
pot (on low) for the day. — Jen

Ok- that’s it. Add all the ingredients into a crockpot and wait for
the magic to happen (about 6 hours). And when I say magic, should
you be cooking this on the stove- You’re really just simmering
it ’til the potatoes are tender.

COMPANY INFORMATION – ReannaLily Designs

Reannalily Designs was started by Jen Eskridge.  She found her
degree in Apparel Design and frequent moves with her husband, active
duty in the USAF, wasn’t the easiest fit.  As a result, she decided
to go into business for herself, while continuing to move all over
the world- every couple years.  She offers a small line of patterns,
products, and seamstress service. ReannaLily Designs developed the
Seamingly Accurate Seam Guide.  The product is being distributed by
Quiltwoman.com and has changed the way quilters approach the
standard Half Square Triangle.  Along with commissioned seamstress
work, quilt/sewing patterns, RD sells Seamingly Accurate for all
level of seamstresses to be used with all levels of patterns.
Definitely stop by the site to see all RD can do for your hobby.
