I am working on a new cookbook and was editing a Crepe recipe.
As I was writing the intro, I thought about my good friend Mac. During college, I would go visit him in Philadelphia. If we ate out, we usually ate at a crepe restaurant.
During that time, I asked for a crepe pane for Christmas. I got it (it wasn't a very good one LOL) but it is long gone and I am currently without a crepe pan.
I took a look on Amazon, out of curiosity, and there were a LOT of options.
Hmmm, not sure what I want!
