Ingredients
Brownie Ingredients 1 (16.5-ounce) box Betty Crocker® Original Supreme Brownie Mix (with chocolate syrup pouch) 3/4 cup butterscotch-flavored chips, if desired 1/3 cup water 1/3 cup vegetable oil 2 eggsFrosting Ingredients 1/2 cup butter or margarine 1 cup packed brown sugar 1/4 cup milk 2 cups powdered sugar Pretzel sticks Assorted Halloween candies, gumdrops or shaped marshmallow pieces, such as bats, moons, pumpkins, ghosts
Step by Step
Brownie Instructions Preheat oven to 350°F 1) Line 13x9-inch pan with foil, leaving edge of foil above rim of pan 2) Grease bottom only of foil 3) In medium bowl, stir brownie mix, chocolate syrup, butterscotch-flavored chips, water, oil and eggs, using spoon, until well blended 4) Spread in pan 5) Bake 28 to 30 minutes or until toothpick inserted 2 inches from side of pan comes out clean or almost clean 6) Cool about 1 hour before frostingFrosting Instructions 1) In 2-quart saucepan, melt butter over medium heat 2) Stir in brown sugar 3) Heat to boiling, stirring constantly 4) Reduce heat to low 5) Boil and stir 2 minutes 6) Stir in milk 7) Heat to boiling, then remove from heat 8) Cool about 45 minutes or until lukewarm 9) Gradually stir in powdered sugar 10) If frosting is too thin, place saucepan of frosting in bowl of cold water and beat frosting until smooth and thick enough to spread 11) If frosting becomes too thick, stir in additional milk, 1 teaspoon at a time 12) Lift out foil and uncut brownies from pan; carefully remove foil 13) Spread frosting over brownies 14) Arrange pieces of pretzel sticks to make tree and fence designs 15) Add candies to complete the "scary night" landscape 16) For brownies, cut into 6 rows by 4 rows 17) Store tightly covered 18) Serve and Enjoy!

Ingredients
6 to 8 cups apple cider 1/4 cup packed brown sugar, or to taste 1 or 2 (3-inch) cinnamon sticks 8 or 10 whole cloves, or to taste 8 or 10 whole allspice, or to taste Zest of 1 lemon and/or 1 orange, cut into julienne or slices
Step by Step
1) Combine all ingredients in a saucepan over medium heat 2) Stir until the sugar dissolves 3) Bring just to the boiling point, then reduce the heat to low 4) Cover and simmer to blend the flavors, about 10 minutes 5) Strain and serve 6) Serve and Enjoy!

Mousse Ingredients 12 chocolate sandwich cookies 1 cup heavy cream 1 (8-ounce) package cream cheese, softened 3/4 cup granulated sugar 1 (15-ounce) can LIBBY'S® 100% Pure Pumpkin 1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice 3 medium bananas, cut into 1/4-inch slicesTopping Ingredients Gummy worms

Mousse Instructions 1) In a food processor, process cookies to form fine crumbs 2) In a mixer bowl, beat cream to form stiff peaks; set aside 3) In a separate mixer bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until creamy 4) Add pumpkin and pumpkin pie spice; mix well 5) Fold in whipped cream and bananas until blended 6) Spoon 3/4 cup pumpkin mousse into each of 8 stemmed dessert glasses or large custard cups and spread to even top 7) Sprinkle 2 tablespoons cookie crumbs over top 8) Cover and refrigerate until serving timeTopping Instructions 1) To decorate, arrange gummy worms on 'dirt' layer, placing worms so that they resemble worms crawling out of the glass. 2) Serve and Enjoy!

Pumpkin Cake Instructions Preheat oven to 375 degrees F 1) Grease and flour a 9x13 inch jelly roll pan or cookie sheet. 2) In a large bowl, mix together flour, sugar, baking soda, and pumpkin pie spice. 3) Stir in pumpkin puree, eggs, and lemon juice. 4) Pour mixture into prepared pan and spread the mixture evenly. 5) Bake at 375 degrees F for 15 minutes. 6) Lay a damp linen towel on the counter, sprinkle it with confectioner's sugar, and turn the cake onto the towel. 7) Carefully roll the towel up (lengthwise) with the cake in it. 8) Place the cake-in-towel on a cooling rack and let it cool for 20 minutes.Cream Cheese Filling Instructions 1) In a medium bowl, blend cream cheese, butter, vanilla, and sugar with a wooden spoon or electric mixer. 2) When the cake has cooled 20 minutes, unroll it and spread the icing onto it. 3) Immediately re-roll (NOT in the towel), and wrap it with plastic wrap. 4) Keep the cake refrigerated or freeze it for up to 2 weeks in aluminum foil. 5) Cut the cake in slices just before serving. 6) Serve and Enjoy!
